Refund, Exchange & Return Policy – DEER & DOE
At DEER & DOE, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. While we take great care in maintaining quality and accuracy, we understand that certain situations may require an exchange or return.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Size Exchange
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if the size does not fit properly, we offer a size exchange within 2–3 days of receiving the product, subject to stock availability.
Returns (Expectation Not Met)
If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return the item. In such cases, the delivery/return shipping charge will be borne by the customer.
Refund Eligibility
A full refund is applicable if:

Refunds apply only to online payments or advance payments made via bKash and will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Product Condition
For any return or exchange, the item must be sent back for inspection and must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
