SHIPPING DETAILS
We deliver products all over Bangladesh.
* Inside Dhaka: Delivery time is 2–3 days.
* Outside Dhaka: Delivery time is 3–5 days.
If your delivery success report is satisfactory, we will send the product fully Cash on Delivery (COD) without any advance payment.
However, if your delivery success report is not satisfactory, you may be asked to pay the delivery charge in advance before shipment.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES
Return & Exchange Policy
We kindly request you to check the product and try it while keeping the delivery person waiting.
- If you are satisfied with the product according to your expectations, you can make the payment and receive the product.
- If you are not satisfied, you may immediately return the product by paying only the delivery charge.
If you find any defect issue after receiving the product, please inform us through Messenger, WhatsApp, or phone call. We will process an exchange with free delivery, and no additional charge will be required.
If there is any size issue after receiving the product, we will also process an exchange. In this case, the delivery charge for the exchange will be paid by the customer.
Usually, exchange procedures are completed within 3–4 days.
Refunds are applicable only for advance payments if the product does not meet your expectations.
Refund amount will be dispatched from the authorities after receiving the QC approval, usually it takes 7-8 days to proceed.
